Hey y'all, just wanted to share my current experience with Retatrutide. Been on it for about a month now, started at 2mg and moved up to 4mg this week. Appetite suppression is definitely solid, but I've been dealing with some nasty fatigue and occasional nausea. Anyone else getting those side effects? Down 5lbs so far, so not complaining. Just curious how others are dosing. Stay safe out there.
