Anyone else trying retatrutide? I'm about three weeks in and the appetite suppression is pretty intense. I've seen some studies suggesting it's promising for weight loss, but honestly I'm mostly going off how I feel so far. Side effects have been mild, just a little nausea on injection day. Would love to hear how others are dosing and managing that.
