Started a low dose of retatrutide a couple weeks ago. Appetite suppression is definitely real for me, but I’m noticing some weird fatigue the day after each shot. That’s just my experience though, not something I’d call a general side effect. Curious if anyone else is stacking it with tirzepatide or switching between the two, and how you’re handling the rough days. Trying to stay realistic with expectations.
