Has anyone ever used the HHB Blend? Healthy Hair and Nails ? I cant seem to find the dosing chart. The current HHB formulation I found is: Niacinamide — 50 mg Thiamine HCl (B1) — 50 mg Pantothenic acid (B5) — 25 mg Choline — 10 mg Inositol — 10 mg Niacin (B3) — 5 mg Biotin (B7) — 100 mcg Folic acid (B9) — 100 mcg Riboflavin (B2) — 100 mcg

Hey all, I've used a few different peps from this company before like reta and mots and NAD+ all of which I loved. I just grabbed some GLOW but not sure how much water to add to it? Any suggestions to help a girl out?
