I tried this vendor selling under the shipping name Northman Trading Global LLC. I sent money, and it shows a negative transaction on my bank statement, which means they deducted the payment.
I got a response saying my payment was refunded, but it doesn't show on my side.
I guess this is part of the game when you play in the gray market. It wasn't a big hit, but it's a warning to anyone looking into the gray market to watch out for this subject.
